Nutrition and Health Coach
Hi everyone!
I wanted to take a moment to properly introduce myself and share a little more about who I am—both as your coach and as a person. I’m most proud of my husband, four kids, and three grandsons. My days are full—coaching, training, talking nutrition and fitness, and shuffling kids to practices and activities. I love to laugh, enjoy traveling, and I’m a self-proclaimed homebody. You’re always welcome to invite me to things… just don’t be surprised if I don’t show up.
As your coach, I bring over a decade of experience in the health and fitness space. I started my career as a massage therapist, became a certified personal trainer, then a nutrition coach, and now work as a functional nutrition coach. This background allows me to understand how the body moves, how it should feel, and what it’s truly capable of when it’s properly supported. I help adults—especially those 35+—improve metabolic health, balance hormones, and lose fat without extreme dieting. My goal is to teach you real life skills, help you step away from diet culture, and build a sustainable, balanced approach to health that actually works for you. I’m grateful to be part of your journey and look forward to supporting you every step of the way.
