I’ve personal trained at various locations in Greensboro and Charlotte for about 8 years, through sports performance, commercial gyms, private studios, and clinical locations. I have also worked with a variety of diverse populations, from youth athletes to elderly. Overall, I love working with clients to find the best fitness and health options for their unique needs.

bogan frahm
Physical Therapist
Dr. Bogan grew up in North Idaho near the beautiful Coeur d’Alene Lake where he received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Health from the University of Idaho. He then went down to Utah where he recently graduated from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Since graduating, he has become certified in dry needling and is interested in further certifications with blood flow restriction and SFMA. He has had a diverse clinical experience from an internship at a sport and ortho clinic in Southern Indiana to helping people return home at a transitional rehab unit. During this time, he has developed a passion for helping individuals through their injuries and training them in ways to prevent this from happening in the future. He believes in treating the person as a whole, through skilled manual therapy, movement assessment, corrective exercise, and patient education, hoping to empower the individual to take control of their life and reach their goals! Bogan and his wife, Meagan, decided to relocate to North Carolina to continue their adventure on a side of the country they were less familiar with. They love doing just about anything outside, finding good food and drink spots, and traveling to new places. He enjoys spending time on the golf course, in the gym, and on the lake. Bogan cannot wait to begin this chapter of his life with Healthy Body PT and meet the people of this amazing and friendly community!

Health & Fitness Professional
dylan slotterback
I bring a decade of coaching experience, rooted in a lifelong passion for athletics that began as a five-sport high school athlete in soccer, basketball, baseball, swimming, and cross country. That drive led me to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Penn State University, where I deepened my understanding of human anatomy and biomechanics.
During a college internship, a full joint range of motion assessment exposed my underlying deficiencies and past injuries I had long ignored. When chronic knee pain (Jumper’s Knee) nearly required surgery, I shifted my focus from heavy lifting to mobility and functional movement. Through dedicated work, I eliminated my pain and developed a performance-based approach centered on injury prevention and functional strength. Today, I strive to empower every client with the knowledge and tools to train smarter, move better, and achieve their goals with purpose!
