 This workout will create the ever important “afterburn” effect and will turn your body into a calorie burning furnace for hours after your workout.  All fitness levels welcome!

An hour long hybrid of MetBurn and MetBuilder. Maximize your time in the gym with a combination of strength and cardio!

This class focuses on building overall strength. Strength training is important to mix into your regular workout routine, as increased muscle will help you burn fat and lose weight more efficiently

Embracing a tailored fitness regimen is paramount for mature adults over 50 looking to significantly improve their strength and balance, fostering greater independence and vitality. This specialized program prioritizes functional, low-impact exercises that support joint health while progressively building muscle and enhancing stability.

WOMEN ON WEIGHTS

[ w.o.w ]

This is class, (up to 5), is a strength training class for women. Participants will enjoy a high energy, full-body training session incorporating all types of resistance equipment as well as body weight. This coached class is designed to increase strength, burn fat, build muscle, increase endurance and body awareness, along with improving cardiovascular fitness. Groups will include participants of various strength levels.

GROUP SESSION

[ CORE BARRE ]

This 50 minute class is a system of movement designed to create strength, flexibility and a balanced body. It is based on elements of Pilates, Ballet, Athletic conditioning and consists of high energy, strengthening and fat burning exercises. The workouts focus on intensive movements that produce results and develop the mind/muscles connection. The Core Barre movements strengthen all muscles and re-program our bodies to move in a natural, balanced way.
