Softball Specialist and Orthopedic Rehabilitation

Originally from a small town in Upstate New York, Dr. Kendall Kennedy grew up immersed in athletics, with a strong focus on softball, along with soccer and rodeo. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from SUNY Cortland, where she competed in collegiate softball as well as track and field, before receiving her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from High Point University. While at HPU, Kendall worked as a softball instructor, allowing her to blend her love for the sport with rehabilitation and performance, and solidifying her passion for treating active, motivated individuals in an orthopedic setting.

​Kendall is a dedicated physical therapist who blends holistic care with strong, evidence-based practice to help every patient thrive. She believes movement is more than mechanics—it’s connection, confidence, and the foundation for lifelong wellness. With a passion for treating the whole person, Kendall incorporates lifestyle and functional goals into each session to create therapy experiences that are both impactful and enjoyable. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time outdoors on the lake, playing golf or pickleball, staying active in the gym, reading a good book, and spending time with loved ones.
