Have you recently had a baby and just want your old body back? Are you a senior with health issues that are starting to adversely affect your quality of life? Young or old, fit or not so fit, Lisa Reece is eager to help. As a mother of 5 children, Lisa knows that every person has different needs and limitations. She has earned a degree as a Fitness Specialist from the University of Alabama and specializes in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation. Lisa is a certified AFAA personal trainer/group fitness instructor and has been in the fitness industry since 1981. As a certified Pilates instructor in both mat and Reformer Pilates, Lisa practices what she preaches and has shaped and transformed her own physique through the practice of Pilates. She enjoys working with active older adults, special populations and those with physical therapy needs.
